1) Unframed paintings are packed be rolling around a hard tube. They
are safely packed with plastic layers in between. Shipping will be
done via air courier, such as DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx.
2) Frames or framed paintings are packed in carton and shipped by sea.
Q: How long does it take to produce the paintings and how long does it
take to arrive them?
A: Nomally it takes between 3 to 6 weeks that depends on the quantity of the
paintings you ordered. After received your order confirmation along with the
payment, we start the production. We'll keep you in posted for any progress of
your order and notice you beftore shipment. Usuaaly, it takes 3-5 days to arrive
in your house by DHL, UPS, FedEx and NTN Express channel, 7-10 days by air
freight and about one month by sea freight.
Q: How are the paintings packed?
A: Each painting is covered by plastic film and then shipped as rolled canvases with a
strengthened cardboard postage tube in. Besides, the exterior is enwrap with
several layers of bubble packages sealed.
Q: How many different shipment methods do you have? How much cost
for the delivery?
A: You can select to delivery your paintings by UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, Air freight
and Sea freight. Becacuse the shipping cost depends on two sections, the one is
in which way you take and the other is the weight and the measurement of
the order. As a matter of fact, the cost of thipping are all open for you to
inquire, so you only need to let us know the details of your order, and we will
quote you the original price after getting the newest information from the
shipping service.
